Afro Story Summit 2025 Debuts in London, Championing Black & British Animation Talent – 6th December
The Afro Story Summit UK 2025 on Sat, Dec 6th 2025, (at Ritzy Picturehouse, Brixton) connects leading Producers, Animation Directors, talent, recruiters and film financiers, all day, celebrating diversity in animation and film.
Produced by Aniboxx (UK), AfroAnimation (US), and Blanc Haus Events (UK), it marks the expansion of British owned award winning Animation Studio Aniboxx, who tell stories about the underrepresented and help animators elevate their careers through their Aniboxx Access Scheme, BBC Ignite and soon to be launched Diversimation.
Main sponsors for the event include DreamWorks Animation, BBC Children’s & Education and DNEG Animation. It’s also the first UK expansion of the acclaimed AfroAnimation brand, known for elevating diverse voices and building pathways into major studios and global content platforms.
