Maintaining his stride and reputation as one of the most prolific figures of independent animation, Bill Plympton<\/a> is helming yet another feature film on the heels of his critically-acclaimed Cheatin’<\/a><\/em>.<\/p>\n

Currently in the final stretch of a crowdfunding campaign<\/a>, Revengeance<\/a><\/em> marks Bill’s first collaboration with writer and fellow auteur animator Jim Lujan<\/a>, telling the story of Rod Rosse – ‘The One Man Posse’ – a bounty hunter who becomes embroiled in a series of deadly misadventures when he takes on a job from a senator going by the reassuring moniker Deathface. Shortly after the announcement that Plymptoons regular Matthew Modine had joined a voice cast that includes Dave Foley and Lujan himself, Animation Magazine premiered<\/a> the film’s first teaser trailer which you can watch below:<\/p>\n
