The film, which landed on Netflix last week, effectively updates the classic tale through a mix of CG and traditional stop-motion approaches, the latter being responsible for the more direct adaptations of Antoine de Saint-Exup\u00e9ry&#8217;s original story.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/anthonyscott.net\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-27194 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.skwigly.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/anthonyscott.jpg\" alt=\"anthonyscott\" width=\"450\" height=\"450\" \/><\/a><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/anthonyscott.net\/\">Anthony Scott<\/a> (Lead Animator)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Anthony&#8217;s tremendous stop-motion credits include <em>The Nightmare Before Christmas<\/em>, and subsequent Henry Selick-directed features <em>Monkeybone<\/em>, <em>James and the Giant Peach<\/em> and <em>Coraline<\/em>, not to mention Tim Burton&#8217;s <em>Corpse Bride<\/em> and LAIKA&#8217;s <em>ParaNorman<\/em>. As well as his various stop-motion roles he has also worked as a CG character animator for films such as <em>Toy Story 2<\/em> and <em>A Bug&#8217;s Life<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/corinnemerrell.com\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-27195 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.skwigly.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/corinnemerrell.jpg\" alt=\"corinnemerrell\" width=\"450\" height=\"450\" \/><\/a><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/corinnemerrell.com\/\">Corinne Merrell<\/a> (Art Director)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>With a background in architecture and stage design for theatre, Corinne has gradually made the move to Art Direction and Production\/Set Design for animation, music videos and documentaries.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Jamie_Caliri\">Jamie Caliri<\/a> (Creative Director)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Jamie&#8217;s animated titles sequence for the 2004 film <em>Lemony Snicket&#8217;s A Series of Unfortunate Events<\/em> kick-started a tremendous career that has since seen him work on award-winning projects and campaigns, frequently working alongside fellow <em>Little Prince<\/em> talent Anthony Scott and Alexander Juhasz. Notable projects include the title sequence for <em>United States of Tara<\/em> and the music video <em>The Rifle&#8217;s Spiral<\/em> (The Shins).<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/alexanderjuhasz.com\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-27196 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.skwigly.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/alexjuhasz.jpg\" alt=\"alexjuhasz\" width=\"450\" height=\"450\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/alexanderjuhasz.com\/\">Alexander Juhasz<\/a> (Character Designer\/Production Designer)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Coming from a background in illustration, Alexander has continued to work alongside Jamie Caliri on numerous animation projects since 2007.
